Double European championship medallist Dominic Lobalu becomes new Weltklasse Zürich ambassador

Long-distance runner and member of the LC Brühl track club Dominic Lobalu has gone through turbulent times. The new double medal winner in Rome will compete in the 3000m race at Weltklasse Zürich in September. In addition, Lobalu will act as an ambassador for the world-renowned athletics meeting until at least until the end of the year.

“Dominic’s story is moving and touching because of both his athletics and his personal story. We have known and kept in touch with both Dominic and his coach Markus Hagmann for a long time. We are delighted that Dominic will act as an official Weltklasse Zürich ambassador and that we will therefore get to champion athletics and social values together,” Hediger explained.
